Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance these must be paid for by you.|
- Orders are prepared and delivered on working days (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays and public holidays). Your order will be prepared by the head office located in UK, then dispatched by TNT or Royal Mail.
- When the warehouse has prepared and packed your order and it’s ready to be dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch e-mail. Our orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 business days. This e-mail will contain delivery details as well as a tracking number to use on the TNT or Royal Mail websites to track your order.
- Your order will be dispatched after your payment has been approved and/or any other necessary verification has been completed.
- An order can only be delivered to one address. If you require sending orders to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.
- Shipping fees are not eligible toward rewards programs or promotions.
- Please make sure ordered products in stock before payment is processed. If you want to make a pre-order please make sure you choose a right product to avoid cancellation.
- There are a number of reasons why you may not have received all of your order. Please check: the confirmation e-mail to see if all items were ordered and delivery address is correct, the despatch email to see if items have been cancelled. When we pack an order some of the items may not be available. We don't want to delay the rest of your order so we cancel the out of stock item and despatch the rest. The paperwork for your order will show everything included and we only charge you for the items we send. We'll send you an email to update you.
