Crispy cheese biscuits

  • 150 g of hard cheese
  • 220 g of flour
  • 120 g of butter
  • 4 tbsp. of milk or water
  •   ¼ tsp. of salt
  • seasoning-mix Napoli
Preparation: Preheat oven to 200 degrees. In a food processor mix the flour, salt, put the butter and grate the cheese. Scroll through it all together, you will get cromb. Same here, add 4 tbsp. spoons of milk and another scroll. Roll the ball out of it. Take small part of it, remove the rest in the refrigerator. The remaining small portion roll very thin (2 mm). Cut molds figurines or simply cut into squares. Place figures on baking, sprinkle with seasoning-mix Napoli and bake for about 10 minutes, until bottoms of cookies are not browns, and the top stop being soft. Bon Appetit!
