Classic omelet with cheese and seasoning mix Napoli


  • 3 chicken eggs
  • 1 tsp. of milk
  • 50 g of cheese
  • 1 tbsp. of butter
  • black pepper, salt
  • seasoning mix Napoli

Preparation (1 serving):

Thoroughly beat eggs with milk - it is better to do with ordinary fork. Melt in a pan of butter. Frying pan should be hot enough, otherwise it will not turn an omelet air.
