Turkey burgers for kids

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of turkey breast
  • 1 onion
  • 2 slices of white bread
  • 1 egg
  • ½ liter of milk
  • ½ tsp. of sea salt Vivasan
  • greens

Preparation:

Soak milk in milk. Do not pour all milk immediately, better then add the stuffing if it is too thick. Turkey fillet scroll through a meat grinder. Just skip through the meat grinder onions and bread soaked in milk. Add one egg in the bowl of beef, add salt and chopped parsley. Knead the minced meat. Consistency should not be too runny. Form burgers. Either fry on both sides, either steamed in boiler (~ 40 min.)
