Tortilla with cheese


  • 1 large pita
  • 150 g of feta cheese
  • 1 egg (boiled)
  • 1 tomato
  • dill and parsley
  • black pepper
  • Vivasan bouillon


Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Grate cheese. Finely chop the egg and mix with cheese, herbs and pepper. Cut in half pita bread, put the stuffing in the centre of each half. Add a slice of tomato. Wrap one end of the pita, put more filling and cover with the second edge. Pin down. Put in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve with ketchup or yoghurt minutes.

* Cheese cakes are ideal in combination with Vivasan bouillon.
