Stuffed squid

Ingredients:
  • 4 squids (whole)
  • 1 carrot
  • 8 crab sticks
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 1 cup of cooked rice
  • seasoning-mix Primavera
  • 150-200 g of mayonnaise
Preparation: If necessary, clean the squid. Boil until half cooked rice in a little salted water. Boil hard boiled eggs and chop them. Finely chop the crab sticks. Grate the carrots. Add the garlic and season with Primavera. Mix rice, eggs, crab sticks, carrots, garlic and seasoning mix and mayonnaise. The resulting mass stuff squid. Add oil to baking form, once again we coat the squid on top with mayonnaise and put in preheated oven (~ 220 degrees) for about 30 minutes. Gorgeous dinner ready. Bon Appetit!
