Sauce for chicken with mayonnaise and ketchup


  • 150 g of mayonnaise (preferably 67%)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 60 g of ketchup
  • 3 tbsp. of fresh dill
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • salt
  • seasoning-mix Agliata


Take a wide ceramic bowl, pour into it the ketchup and mayonnaise. The proportions of mayonnaise to catch-can change in taste preferences, the sauce will be a bit sharper, if you add more ketchup. Add seasoning-mix Agliata. Add salt and black pepper. Thoroughly mix the sauce to become tender pale pink color. Dill (can substitute fresh parsley), rinse under running water and chop, then mix with mayonnaise and ketchup. The sauce is ready, you can put it in a saucepan and serve it with chicken.
