Returns Policy & Cancellations
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at www.vivasaninfo.co.uk
- Please email us first before making returns - email@example.com.
- If you require a product replacement because of a Vivasan error (product damaged, allergy, wrong product shipped, faulty device) please send us back your products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery (wrong products must be unopened). We will cover the cost of return delivery you paid and send you a replacement order with free delivery. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.
- We cannot accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.
- If you find your products to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the products are returned (within 30 days of the despatch date) to the returns address. In this case we will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return products.
- We retain the right to request a return of the faulty products and the products will be inspected. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned products.
- Unfortunately, we aren't able to exchange items if it is not Vivasan error.
- Please note that you must retain proof of postage for all returns.
- Please make sure products is well packed before send, we recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns as we cannot be responsible for products which don't make it back to our warehouse. We will not be able to proceed your refund if we get products damaged because of packaging.
- Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear in your account of the original method of payment.
- If you need to return heavy or large items, you should contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
- Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of the despatch date, we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.

- Once your order has been placed we can't cancel it or make any changes.
- You may cancel your order by contacting us by email firstname.lastname@example.org at any time up to 14 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and give the reason for cancellation. Please see our returns policy.
- You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products.
- If you cancel your order after we have despatched the products, then you must return the products to us at the address mentioned above. The products should be returned in a original condition and at your own expense. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns as we cannot be responsible for products which don't make it back to our warehouse. We will not be able to proceed your refund if we get products damaged because of packaging.
