Potato pancakes with salmon sauce


  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • olive oil
  • Napoli mixed seasonings
  • Viva Vegetable seasoning
  • no salt&pepper
For salmon pasta:
  • 200 g of salted salmon
  • 4 tbsp. of sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. of horseradish
  • small bunch of green onions
Preparation: On a small grater rub the onions and potatoes. Wring extra juice of potatoes - then pancakes will not unravel and should not add flour. Add eggs. Cut onions, mix all together and add red caviar. Serve with hot pancakes.
