Pancakes of broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of broccoli
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp. of flour
  • ½ tsp. of salt and pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Preparation:

Boil broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain, cool and chop the broccoli and milk. Add eggs, flour, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, oil. Leave for 20 minutes. Fry pancakes.

* Fritters to the table can be served with cream sauce and seasoning-mix Napoli, which will give an amazing flavour to any dish.
