Pancakes with meat


  • 300 g of minced meat (pork + beef)
  • 1 onion
  • 6-8 large potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 tbsp. of flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil
  • sour cream
  • seasoning-mix Primavera

Method of preparation:

Peel the potatoes and grate. Add the flour, salt, pepper, eggs - mix well. Minced meat, salt and pepper, add the chopped onion and mix well (you can add a little water to the stuffing). In a frying pan heat the vegetable oil and spread the potato mixture in the form of fritters (one potato pancake ~ 1.5-2 tablespoon of potato mass). Form a small cake of minced meat, put on top of the potato pancake and pour ~ 1 tablespoon of potato dough. Fry the pancakes on one side until they become golden brown. Then flip pancake, cover pan with a lid, reduce heat and cook until ready ~ 5-6 minutes. Serve pancakes hot with sour cream and seasoning-mix Primavera.
