Macaroni pasta with minced meat and mushrooms


  • 300 g of beef

  • 250 ml. of water or bouillon

Minced meat fry in hot sunflower oil until there is not roasted pieces. Add the flour. Mix thoroughly. Cut mushrooms into cubes. Chop the garlic. Add mushrooms and garlic to a meat. Fry for 3-4 minutes until mushrooms will be ready. Add tomato paste, fill with water. Add salt and seasoning mix Napoli. Bring to a boil and simmer with the lid closed over low heat 10 minutes or until desired thickness of the sauce. The longer evaporate - the thicker the sauce will be. While stewed sauce, boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Serve the pasta with the sauce, when applying decorate with chopped herbs.
