Staunch supporters of tablets or pills argue that a strong advantage of solid form vitamins is that they are rich in antioxidants, such as Vitamins A, C and E. In reality, this is completely untrue. The body’s digestive system easily absorbs vitamins in liquid form faster, again because there is no waiting time for it to dissolve. Because it is absorbed faster, its bioactivity level is far greater – meaning its ability to work in tandem with the digestive system is much faster, thus turning it into a much-appreciated teammate of the human body. Given all these great qualities of liquid vitamins, never again should one think it is a “kiddie” way of taking in nutrients or more inferior to vitamins that come in tablet or pill form!
