Gourmet salad with smoked chicken


  • 200 g of mushrooms
  • 200 g of smoked chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp. of mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp. of butter
  • seasoning mix Napoli

Preparation (4 servings):

Wash and cut mushrooms into thin slices. Chop the onion. Fry the onions until transparent. Add the mushrooms and fry a few minutes together. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and cool. Squeeze the garlic and mix with mayonnaise. Cut the chicken into small cubes. Mix the chicken with mushrooms and onions. Add mayonnaise and seasoning mix Napoli. Mix well.
