Fortunately, creams with essential oils are not loaded with additional ingredients such as colorings and artificial scents that might tend to just sit on the upper layer of your epidermis (or altogether harmful when absorbed by the skin). Dress comfortably and warmly if you retire in a chilly room, because you will want to keep your body as warm as possible to extend the healing and relaxing benefits of your self-massage. These easy-to-do tips can spell the difference between simply rubbing those aching muscles and indulging your body in a calming, restorative and well-deserved after-yoga routine.
