Couscous with vegetables and feta cheese


  • 150 g of couscous
  • 300 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 pcs. of bell peppers (red, yellow or green)
  • 100 g of feta cheese
  • 6 tbsp. of olive oil
  • lemon juice to taste
  • 2 tbsp. of salt
  • 1 pinch of coriander
  • seasoning-mix Napoli


Fill the couscous with boiling water, add salt, coriander, half the olive oil and cover with foil dishes. Leave for 10 minutes, stir with a fork and couscous ready. Cut tomatoes into quarters. Clean sweet pepper of seeds, and cut in a small cubes. Feta cheese also cut into small cubes. All mix. Dress with olive oil, season with Napoli, lemon juice and serve the salad to the table.

P.S. In a salad you can also add fresh basil leaves.
