Cooked bread with chocolate


  • 500 g of flour

Boil the milk. Dissolve the yeast in 1 tbsp. of milk. Melt the butter in the rest of the milk. Pour the flour into a bowl slide, make a well at the top and add salt, sugar, eggs. By adding a little bit of milk and butter mixture - dilute yeast, knead the dough so that it becomes detached from the walls of the bowl. Roll the dough into a ball and let him go for 2 hours. Formed of a small bread dough approached, nested inside each piece of chocolate. Place the loaves on a greased baking tray with butter and allow to come in 1 hour. Coat the surface of the loaves with egg yolk. Bake in oven preheated for 25 minutes.
