Ingredients:
- 3 carrots
- 1 apple
- 2 tbsp. of cereal noodles
- 3 walnuts
- handful of raisins
- cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. of sugar
- sea salt Vivasan
Preparation:
Clean carrot and apple and rub on a small grater. Add some sea salt, cereal, chopped walnuts, raisins. Give the mixture to stand for half an hour. Add the sugar, cinnamon. Mix. Form carrot fritters by hands. Carrot pancakes spread on a baking sheet steamers. Cook carrot fritters in a steamer for 40 minutes. Serve carrot fritters with sour cream.
